Information Sessions & Tables

If you are interested in hosting an information session or table during the Spring 2024 semester, please let us know by filling out the Request Form.

Career Corner (Information Table) - FREE
We have reserved space in a high traffic area for employers to host a Career Corner.  These events are held Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm throughout the semester and are a great way to casually connect with students. *Limited availability.

Networking & Information Session - FREE
Hosting an information session allows you to present on your organization, share details about your open opportunities, and network with interested students. Typically, in-person information sessions are held for a one hour timeframe between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday. We have reserved space on campus and provide LCD options free of charge. We are also able to support Virtual Information Sessions as well.

We recommend Information Sessions for employers recruiting for current open full time roles and paid internships that could lead to full time employment.

We love to hear about UMBC HIRES

If you have hired UMBC students, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute to complete our short, online Hiring Activity Report. Your feedback is important to the campus and allows us to track how and where our students and graduates are making workforce contributions.
