Option #1:
BEYA STEM Career Fair Only

BEYA will hold virtual and in-person Career Fairs on both Friday, February 16, and Saturday, February 17, 2024, but note that a shuttle bus from UMBC will only be available on Friday.

After registering for the fair with BEYA, you must complete the following form so that we (the UMBC Career Center) can submit your name to BEYA, to verify you as a student. This verification is what makes the fair attendance and bus travel free of charge.

Shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off location: Commons Drive Drop-Off Circle
Bus Departing UMBC: Feb. 16, board by 9 a.m.
Bus Departing BEYA: Feb. 16, board by 3:45 p.m.

If choosing to take the shuttle, you will receive an email with further details, closer to the fair date. Please confirm with the bus driver where you should pick up the bus returning to campus. Shuttle space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to serve the most students, please only register once. All duplicate registrations for the same person will be discarded/cancelled. Should you need to change your bus reservation or cancel your RSVP with the Career Center, please contact:
Diane Crump-Fogle (crump@umbc.edu), or
Chrisi Giannakaris (chrisig@umbc.edu).

By checking this box, I confirm that I will be attending the 2024 BEYA Career Fair and/or Conference. There will be no charge to UMBC students, on a first-come first-serve basis. I understand that by registering and not attending, I am preventing another UMBC student from participating and causing the UMBC Career Center/CCG to incur monetary expenses.

I am aware that should I fail to attend this event without notifying Diane Crump-Fogle or Chris Giannakaris of my cancellation by 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Feb. 13, my UMBC student account will be charged a fee of $25 to cover the financial costs incurred.
