If you’ve hired UMBC students, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute to complete our short, online Hiring Activity Report. Your feedback is important to the campus and allows us to track how and where our students and graduates are making workforce contributions.
ON-CAMPUS & VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS
On-campus interviews make it easy for you to interact with a number of students and also allow students to schedule an interview between classes. We have four interview rooms available for your use that are now equipped with computers, cameras, and whiteboards. New this year, you have the ability to request a Virtual Interview Schedule in UMBCworks - just select "via Phone" or "via Skype / Video Conference" as the location. If you aren’t able to make it to campus for an interview day, this schedule will enable invited students to select an interview time and come to the Career Center to be interviewed in a professional, quiet space. Rooms are also available for students to reserve as needed. If you contact an individual student for a phone or virtual interview, please suggest to them that they contact us to reserve an interview room!
