Your generous donation to the UMBC Student Internship & Service Fund has made a lasting impact on the 13 stipend recipients who are engaging in otherwise-unpaid internships and service opportunities this summer.

This year, we have directed our funding to students working with Maryland small businesses and nonprofits impacted by COVID-19, or serving communities affected by the pandemic. Our 2021 recipients are contributing their skills and knowledge to local organizations such as the Pro Bono Counseling Project, Flave App, Minders, Inc., I AM MENtality, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, and Mikey's Miracle Foundation, Inc.

Thank you for helping UMBC students gain access to these career-building opportunities, while also lifting up crucial sectors of our local community!
