Employers will have the opportunity to connect with talented Retrievers from all majors and class levels via our virtual fair platform. We welcome internships, co-ops, and all part-time and full-time job opportunities. We encourage employers who are hiring for their Fall 2021 and Spring/Summer 2022 plans to participate.

Please note, if you participated in the UMBC Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 Virtual Career & Internship Fair, most of your virtual booth details will transfer to this fair.

  Regular Registration - $390
Registration Includes:
  • Direct link to your organization's website on the student registration page
  • Opportunity to design and customize your booth space using the vFairs platform
  • Ability to distribute shareable documents, videos and other content with booth visitors
  • Exclusive chat room allowing for real-time engagement andd one-to-one interactions via text, audio or video chat
  • Unlimited number of recruiters may attend the fair and engage in chat sessions
  • Unlimited job postings in the fair portal that will allow collection of applications at your booth or in your own career portal
  • Ability to view candidate’s profile and add notes when chatting with them
  • Ability to review applicant data, download resumes, and create a resume book based on search criteria
  Website Sponsor Registration - $490
Sponsorship includes all the benefits of regular registration plus the following:
  • Logo featured on the Career Center website advertising the fair to students and in the career fair directory distributed electronically to students prior to the fair
  • Priority booth placement on the exhibit floor
  Event Sponsor Registration - $690
Sponsorship includes all the benefits of regular registration plus the following:
  • Premier booth placement on the exhibit floor
  • Direct link to your booth via your logo featured in the virtual lobby
  • Logo featured on Career Center webpage advertising the fair to students and in the career fair directory distributed electronically to students prior to the fair
  • Option to share a pre-recorded information session in the career fair Auditorium (students will be able to view prior to and during the fair)
  • Targeted student messaging promoting event sponsors' participation in the fair
  • Dedicated Career Center staff concierge to assist you throughout the fair. They will help manage a smooth flow of your chat feed by answering basic questions posed by candidates and by posting messages and updates to the group feed. If your booth is slow, they will assist by directing potential candidates to your booth
  • Sponsors will be featured in the social media campaign taking place during the fair
  • NEW: Full-page advertisement in the fair directory provided to attendees (ad must be submitted by Sept. 10, 2021)
  501(c)(3) Non-Profit Registration - $190
You must be a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization to select this option. Simply being tax exempt does not qualify.
  • Reduced price for the first 10 non-profit organizations that register
  • You will be contacted to submit proof of non-profit status
  • Includes all the benefits of regular registration
