Registration fee of $490 includes a 6 ft. table, two chairs, signage, and lunch for two representatives. Late registration after Jan. 25, 5:00 pm is $550.

Career Fairs can be intimidating to a first time visitor. Through the years, we have encouraged our freshmen to attend fairs to become comfortable with the format, begin developing their networking skills, and to learn about the career opportunities that are available at various organizations. Identifying employers as Freshmen Friendly will allow our first year students to confidently approach companies that would like to speak with them.

We are asking employers to identify themselves as Freshmen Friendly if interested in being approached by freshmen and are willing to spend time discussing their organization, types of internships/jobs that are available, and the skill sets that are most desirable.

Employers that agree to be designated as Freshmen Friendly will have a notation in the directory distributed to students electronically prior to and in print at the fair. We will also be posting an emblem on the sign displayed at the fair booth.

Research shows that students value the opportunity to interact in a meaningful way with company representatives. It is our hope that early interactions such as these will bring students back to your booth as they progress through their university experience
